    Their billing system stinks. Do not pay via online banking. Even though you pay on time, it is considered late. And their late fee is 10% of the amount due. Don't pay by check and use their envelope either. Who knows how they really process payments? I think it's when they feel like it, or just enough for you to be late so they can slap that late fee on your next bill. Terrible, Terrible Terrible. I wish the county will revamp this system!
